Trained as a kinesiologist and personal trainer, I’m driven by all things wellness and movement. Throughout my years in the health industry, I’ve worked with a wide variety of populations including youth, athletes, clinic patients, and adapted individuals. Each experience has molded and refined my philosophy around healthy living.

My mission is simple. To help you live pain-free by taking the road less traveled. While many struggle through life by taking a reactive approach to health, my goal is to get you ahead of the curve through a simple yet groundbreaking shift. It’s all about learning to move your body in a way that fosters mobility, strength, and function. By being more curious about the stimuli you encounter every day and believing in a pre-hab model that can transform every facet of your physical wellness.

Feeling like your best self doesn’t need to be a pipe dream. I’ve helped hundreds of people discover the gift of pain-free, functional living and I’m excited to share this with all of you.
